This artwork creates a striking dialogue between structure and spontaneity. The composition is divided into two distinct sections: the upper portion filled with tall, vertical organic forms, and the lower section composed of squarer, tile-like segments. Both areas pulse with the same vibrant palette of pinks, purples, blues, and hints of turquoise and green, but their distribution and rhythm vary, giving each section its own visual identity.

The colours bloom within dark boundaries, almost like stained glass or microscopic slides of living tissue. The black negative space between them acts as veins or cracks, emphasizing the fragility and interconnectedness of the forms. The textures are soft, cloud-like, almost cosmic—suggesting nebulae, blooming flowers, or even corroded metal surfaces—while the strict gridding of the composition introduces an element of control, as if nature is being framed, segmented, and studied.

This tension between fluid, organic movement and rigid structural division gives the painting its power. It can be read as a metaphor for the coexistence of chaos and order, growth and containment, individuality and collectively. Each unit is unique, yet together they create a harmonious rhythm, much like cells forming tissue or people forming community.
